Outsourced or On-site Document Scanning Services?
Our digitisation centre provides a hassle-free option for outsourced document scanning services and capture projects but we also know that for certain projects onsite scanning is more appropriate, for example due to reasons of confidentiality, security or nature of the documentation. We provide the option of an on-site service team for these requirements.
Document Management
We recognise that different organisations have different document management demands. Integration of scanned data into existing document management platforms can be provided, whilst for those clients without an existing solution we also offer our own EDM Solutions. We provide both Software as a Service (SaaS) and traditional client server approaches and even offer a digital asset management solution to allow monetisation of images and assets.
Digitisation Centre
Our outsourced document scanning services centre based in the Midlands has been specifically designed for the scanning and processing of documents and materials. All digitisation and storage takes place in a humidity and temperature controlled facility with state of the art scanning technology. Controlled access to all areas of document storage, handling and preparation ensures security and confidentiality.
