Scannalytics® is Scannx' cloud service that tracks usage statistics, enables features remotely and pushes updates. IT and Accounting departments use these reports to manage and optimise asset utilisation and department chargeback fees. Privacy and confidentiality are requirements for any self-service scanning solution. Scannx systems do not save any names, email addresses or content scanned; it only saves the scanning statistics. Scannx includes the ability to password protect any scanned documents. Buy the security options to prevent anonymous emails (Authentication) from being distributed, or secure scanning to the cloud (Secure CloudPack).
The Scannx Document ScanCentre is integrated with the ABBYY FineReader Engine for unmatched Optical Character Recognition accuracy. The FineReader Technology takes the scanned images of the books or documents and makes them machine readable in several common formats, including PDF, searchable PDF and Word.
